Melanie is a Paralegal with over five years of experience in offshore corporate services and transactions. She also functions as the firm’s Corporate Administrator. Melanie has been extensively involved in the administration of a large portfolio of companies and has assisted with matters concerning shareholders, directors, on-going corporate actions and the production and management of a large volume of records related to these companies.
