Broadhurst LLC welcomes new attorney Lynne Mooney

Broadhurst LLC is pleased to welcome new attorney Lynne Mooney.
Having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2006, followed by a Masters in Law in 2007, Lynne was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008 (King’s Inns), and the Bar of England & Wales in 2014 (Gray’s Inn).
Beginning her career as a practicing Barrister in Ireland, Lynne was regularly instructed in family and personal injury matters before the Circuit and High Court in Dublin.
Prior to joining Broadhurst Lynne practiced as an attorney in the litigation team at a leading full-service law firm in the Cayman Islands. While regularly advising upon and arguing a variety of cases before the Grand Court, Lynne has developed extensive experience in family and matrimonial law, resulting in her appearing in a number of reported decisions in this area, including but not limited to issues of residence, child-contact, relocation of children outside the jurisdiction and the appointment of expert witnesses in children cases.
