Deadline approaching for Non-Profit Organisations

8 May, 2018

The deadline for compliance with the Non-Profit Organisations Law 2017 is 31st July 2018. Charitable organisations (including sports associations, charities and churches) that do not register by this time face potential fines and the threat of being struck from the Companies Register. However, to date, only one fifth of charities have completed the registration process.

Government officials have recommended that in order to be processed by the deadline, organisations should submit their applications by 15th June 2018.

Broadhurst would be delighted to offer advice or assistance with applications. Please contact info@broadhustllc.com or read our earlier article here.
