Strata Corporations

The firm has expertise in the area of strata (condominium) law and regulation.  In particular, attorneys of the firm sit on a committee for the Law Society of the Cayman Islands that reviews, amends and drafts the strata law for the Cayman Islands.

We are regularly engaged in the drafting and interpretation of strata by-laws, and regularly provide advice to strata corporations on their rights and obligations and act when necessary to enforce those rights.
