Broadhurst LLC advises KeyTech Limited on its Cayman Interests in Sale of Controlling Interest to ATN

Broadhurst LLC is pleased to announce that the firm will act for Bermuda-based KeyTech Limited (BSX:KEY.BH), with respect to its Cayman Islands interests, concerning the sale of a controlling interest in KeyTech to ATN (NASDAQ:ATNI). In consideration for a 51% interest in KeyTech, ATN shall contribute its current ownership interest in CellOne (approximately 43%) along with approximately $42 million. Bermuda Digital Communications, a leading mobile provider in Bermuda, operates under the name "CellOne". Collectively, ATN and KeyTech currently own approximately 85% of CellOne.
Peter A. Broadhurst and Jeffrey D. Johnstone of Broadhurst LLC will provide advice to KeyTech concerning corporate law and regulatory matters in the Cayman Islands in connection with the proposed transaction.
