Laura graduated with a double degree in Law and History from the University of Canterbury in 2014 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in early 2015. She began her career as a litigation lawyer in Christchurch and was involved in class action litigation and advising property owners following the Christchurch earthquakes.
Since 2017 Laura has been practicing as a solicitor in London for international law firm, CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, where she has gained specialist experience with contentious construction litigation, insurance and professional negligence matters.
Commenting on Laura joining the firm, Partner Kyle Broadhurst said:
