Tiziana has extensive experience in all areas of civil litigation.

Prior to being admitted as an Attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands and joining Broadhurst LLC, Tiziana practiced law for over sixteen years in Toronto, Ontario Canada; where she gained a wealth of experience in a wide range of civil litigation. Tiziana has spent her entire career passionately advocating for her clients.

Tiziana holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School, (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 and has regularly appeared in various courts and tribunals since that time.

Tiziana is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society and a non-practicing member of the Law Society of Ontario. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish and has a working knowledge of French.
